What a fabulous way to spend our 4th anniversary! Greece was utterly fantastic. Amazing sights - the famous ancient ruins, the enchanting islands - everything was wonderful. The streets are clean and safe, the vendors unaggressive, people are friendly and helpful, the taxi drivers are only slightly larcenous, and the subway is immaculate. It was just great. I kept thinking, I must be in another country. And then I would realize, oh yeah! Athens |
