Ifeani Onwudiwe - one of my closest friends and associates at my last job,

before my retirement. I had a demanding job. I would be uptight - under pressure,

deadlines approaching, nothing seemed to work, no solutions on the horizon.

Then Ifeani would show up. He had a calming effect on me. Just his presence would ease my anxiety.

I always looked forward to working on projects with him.

And now I live far away and miss him very much. I painted this out of love for him.

He doesn't even know I've done it yet.
