Glade Arch Morning
24 x 48
Oil on Stretched Canvas
This is the Glade Arch in Central Park.
This was my second favorite spot to play (classical guitar).
The Greywacke Arch behind the Met is the #1 best spot, but this spot is pretty durned good as well.
You have to get there early to get one of the good spots.
Sometimes I'd show up almost before daybreak.
Months later:
I got 2 parakeets and I put their cage right in front of this painting.
If you get in close, they seem almost to be able to fly out of that Arch, and into the park.
I love this as a background to my bird cage! (My fish tank is next)
