I love chess. There are chess themes throughout this work, and I consider it to be my most imaginative by far.

The figures in the center "world" represent the young Bobby Fischer on the right (circa 1971) and the old Bobby Fischer on the left (circa 2006). The King here is in checkmate - as in the world upper left.

If you look closely at the world on the right middle and turn it over in your mind (or on your screen), it represents Sept 11, 2001.
There are macro and micro levels of chess, and different dramas being played out. If you look around you will find many small - and large - details.
